"Loved everything about this hotel, which didn’t feel like a hotel but felt more like a home. I could seriously live there. I was amazed at the attention to detail throughout and the staff could not be friendlier. My only complaint was that I didn’t have a tea kettle in my room. Highlights - the tub in my suite with a tv, the salon on floor one with the cozy fire, the windows that actually open!"

"Excellent - worth every penny and I’d come back over and over! I got the family room with a pull out couch and the room was large! They provide fridge stocked with water and soda - all free. Chocolate upon checkin which was very nice. I had no complaints!"

"The SoHo hotel is amazing! We are huge fans of all the Firmdale hotels, only staying at this brand when we visit London and New York City! This is our second SoHo stay and it just feels like home! From the eucalyptus lavender pillow spray to the amazing breakfast, I can’t imagine using another hotel brand!"

"Lovely location right around the corner from Covent Garden. The area was nice and quiet mid-week. The room was cozy and clean; great shower. One bathroom fixture needed attending to, but otherwise this was a pleasant, pretty, comfortable property in an unbeatable locale."

"A very beautiful and vast building that has been interestingly presented by its owners. The whole place is noir and feels like stepping into all the following: The Crow movie and comic, Tim Burton's Gotham City and the vault in Gringott's Bank in Harry Potter. "The room upgrade allowed us to stay in a deluxe one bedroom suite that was bigger than our house! There was an army of staff coming in to clean, replenish the supply of fresh fruit, and offer turn down service. At the end of all the services each day, a supervisor would come and ask us how everything was and if we needed anything. The daily complimentary happy hour was also very nice. "This is my 3rd stay at the tower hotel,i absolutely love this hotel and even better if your able to book a room with a view of the bridge its just stunning. It was also a belated birthday trip for my daughter and the staff left chocolates,wine and a cake in the room too which was such a surprise and really lovely,breakfast was fab also."

"This is my 2nd stay here, as the location is perfection. It's a comfortable hip hotel right in the Soho/Leicester Square area. Small, and no real check in desk (not an issue for me) - you walk in and either the person hiding around the wall will check you in, or you just use the self-service computer they provide. Room was on the 2nd floor in the front, and I was initially worried about sound. But they have great sound-proofing, keeping the busy traffic noise to a minimum. "
