The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in time and the friendly lady at the reception still assisted us. The guy who works in the kitchen was also very friendly and accommodating. In fact, all the staff members we interacted with including the security officer offered us very good service.

booked online, received confirmation number. when I got to the hotel , I was told it does not exist . there was no accommodation available, and had to look for alternate accommodation, which unfortunately was none available. slept the night in my car . thanks hotel.com disappointed. also tried calling your number, but no answer.

Khayalami Lodge Experience
A little bit out of the way and undergoing some renovations, but our room was very spacious, there was plenty of hot water, and the morning breakfast buffet was nice. Staff desk staff were helpful and polite.

On arrival no reception . Hood to get attention. Drected to park at the back . Wated for 5 Min. that someone open gate. Rooms under costuction I stayed in n0 24. In th s bathroom still tile spacers be hind the door. I requested a shower , no smoking area. Only a beth fitted I can understand why the breakfast is free . Cold , tasteless no value for money. Will never advise someone to stay here
