Beautiful chalet "Papillon", 2 storeys, built in 2017. In the hamlet Sarclentse, on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Haute-Nendaz, in a quiet position. Private: natural garden. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (29 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Basse-Nendaz, Saclentz" 1.1 km, railway station "Sion" 13.7 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz tracouet 4 km, Siviez 4 Vallées 6.5 km. Hiking paths: Les Bisses d'en bas Nendaz 600 m. Please note: car recommended.
"Papillon", 3-room chalet 80 m2 on 2 levels, west facing position. Tasteful and romantic furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with cable TV. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)) with bar. Exit to the terrace, south facing position. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open entrance hall with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin, Sauna. Large terrace, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 30 m. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Wunderbar, einmalig schön
Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach herrlich-schön-wunderbar-grossartig. Die Einrichtungen und das Inventar sind sauber, ohne Schäden und laden zum erholsamen Verweilen ein. Das Haus war tip-top sauber inkl. Bettwäsche und Bad-Wäsche. (Saunatücher). Die Sauna ist einfach das absolute Highlight in diesem Haus. Wir kommen wieder.

Tolles Haus mit toller Aussicht
Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber ausreichend. Es war alles top sauber gereinigt. Schade ist, dass keine Beschattungsmöglichkeiten bei den grossen Fenstern vorhanden sind, ausser einer dünnen Innenstore im Schlafzimmer. Dies führt im Sommer zu hohen Temperaturen und es wird schon frühmorgens hell. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Schön eingerichtetes Chalet in einer ruhigen Gegend. Optimal für 2 Personen. Für 4 Personen könnte es etwas eng werden. Die Schlafzimmer haben rund um die Betten wenig Platz. Uns hat das nicht gestört, könnte aber für den ein oder anderen etwas eng sein.

Dans l'ensemble OK. Nettoyage moyen beaucoup de toiles d'araignées, les vitres pas très propres. Le filtre de l'aspirateur était plein. Un lavabo de la salle de bain bouché. La poubelle de la cuisine est cassée et pas pratique. Il n'y a aucun couteau de cuisine qui coupe. Par contre la literie était top et sentait très bon.

Ruhig gelegen mit toller Aussicht
Wer Ruhe und eine geniale Aussicht sucht, ist hier genau richtig. 45 Min. zu Fuss nach Haute Nendaz oder mit dem Auto ins Skigebiet, keine direkten Nachbarn und ein Garten mit mehreren Sitzplätzen im Sommer. Gut geeignet für eine Familie mit Kindern oder 2 Paare, die sich gut verstehen. Vom Wohnraum und vom vorderen Schlafzimmer hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Es kommen verschiedene Tiere vorbei. Es kam sogar jemand zum Schneeschippen der Treppe und des Parkplatzes.

Beau chalet structuré pour des vacances. La cuisine a défauts: pas de four et aucun couteau qui coupe! Le sauna est nickel, je ne recommande pas d'aller à plus que 4, car le dernier lit est dans le corridor des toilettes, sous l'escalier. Si vous avez besoin de connexion internet n'y allez pas. la connexion est plus que médiocre.

Très beau chalet mais frais annexes disproportionnés
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 4 dans ce beau chalet avec une vue magnifique. Rien à redire sur le logement. Cependant, nous avons payé des frais connexes d'environ 65% du montant initial de la location ( taxes, nettoyage,...). Ce montant est disproportionné et ne nous a été annoncé que lors de la confirmation finale (peu de temps avant notre départ) :( Ce n'est pas très transparent ou justifiable . Cordialement. R.F.
