Amazing Large Ocean Front Home - Direct Beach Access & Views Galore!

The Neskowin House is your perfect Oregon beach rental combining the peace and quiet of the Neskowin Village with the nearby services and amenities of Lincoln City.

Our home has 7 full bedrooms. 5 1/2 baths. Featuring 3 separate master bedrooms and 4 other bedrooms with Jack and Jill style bathrooms.

A beautiful fully stocked gourmet kitchen complete with a commercial stove, large fridge, and beautiful direct beach views.

Views from this home are amazing and we mean the views that you sit on your bed, the couch, or dinning room table and enjoy (not stand on your toes and peak out a window). We have direct access to the beach right in front of the home.

To the north is nothing but open space and beach, to the south the great community of Neskowin, famous Proposal Rock, and the Cascade Head Nature Preserve.

We are 10 miles from all the services and attractions of Lincoln City, yet it feels a world apart. The streets of Neskowin are peaceful, quiet, we are adjacent to golf, hiking, and a great local restaurant and general store.

12 miles north is Pacific City and in between is Nestucca Bay and the Nestucca River, just waiting for you to explore by kayak, do some crabbing or clamming, or salmon and steelhead fishing. Or, better yet, perhaps, just read a book in one of our many chairs and couches that look out over the ocean. Perhaps explore the hiking trails of Cascade Head? Or walk the miles of beach directly in front on the home.

Great location, even better view.
We have stayed here three times, all around Christmas time. Lots of room to spread out, watch ball games, watch movies do puzzles all at the same time. Perfect for our family. This year they added a fridge in the garage which was very nice. Also many spots to be by yourself.. and the beach is right there.

This was our second time renting this beach house for a family getaway. It is perfect with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The kitchen is well-equipped and we love the two eating areas. The younger ones enjoyed the separate space upstairs for playing games and watching videos. This house wows with an amazing view and easy access to the beach!

House was great for our group of 7 women crafters/quilters. Kitchen is large with all the basic supplies provided including wraps and foil - which was really appreciated. The two dining tables were perfect for our set up of 8 sewing machines (4 on each side), and there was enough space to set up other small work spaces for ironing etc. The 3 en-suites upstairs are large with beautiful views, the one queen room on the end on the main floor also has a view. The 2 rooms with bunk beds are VERY small -- if you are planning to put adults in those rooms be aware that not only are they twin beds, but the rooms are very small and dark (the bunk beds block the windows that are there), and there is no view of anything from those rooms. Overall house was amazing and everyone wants to return. The beach access is literally out the side door. The house was very clean, well stocked with linens, blankets and super welcoming with fun art. The movie room/sitting area upstairs was perfect for quiet morning coffee and the fireplace gave great ambience.

Best location and convenience for large groups!
This is one of our favorite places to stay on the coast. We love the great location on the beach, easy access and beautiful scenery. One challenge we did have this year was a broken large oven...this was not communicated until the morning of our stay and was impactful for a large group (14) who cooks all our meals and had already planned and purchased all the ingredients. The host did provide a small countertop appliance that may work for some groups, but not really for ours. Hoping this is remedied quickly! If the oven is fixed, this is honestly the PERFECT beach house and I would recommend it to anyone!

No working oven all weekend!! After several hours they brought us a very small counter top oven/air fryer. Our planned meals for the weekend did NOT fit! Very disappointed as this was our 2nd girls trip @ this location 😪 We need to be reimbursed for the food we weren't able to use!! I will be writing an extensive review as well.

We loved staying at this property! Checkin was very easy. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the house has everything you need. The amount of space is so wonderful, we had 10 adults and 5 kids and nobody felt cramped or had to wait for the bathroom. Everyone said they wanted to come back, or wished we could stay longer.

We LOVE This House!
We have used this house for many years for our annual family reunion. 2024 was our first year back after COVID interrupted our plans and it felt like coming home to be back in the Neskowin house. We love having enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. We love having a kitchen big enough and well-equipped enough to make meals for a crowd. We love the location right on the beach. We love having two large dining room tables - one for working jigsaw puzzles and one to eat at. We hope to be back next year!

Our fifth stay says it all.
I believe this is the 5th or 6th year that my book club has had our annual retreat at the Neskowin property. It has fabulous space for our group of seven. There are ample bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of comfortable space for socializing. We love the fact that there is no property immediately to the north, so there is a broad sweeping panoramic view of the ocean and nearby beach, and great space for a campfire. The house has been carefully cared for over the years and there have been a number of recent updates.

Great Place at the Beach
Overall a very nice place to stay. Pictures and description online were very nice. The only thing about the listing would be a better description of accessibility to enter the house. The two ways to enter are either the main entrance or through the garage. Both have a couple of stairs to actually get into the house. Neither one of them has any railings. It is the beach and the outside Trex style decking and was slick. We had a person in our group that has mobility issues, and the lack of railings made it very hard to get in and out of the house. But having bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor is a plus. Parking is great we had six vehicles and had lots of room. The only other thing is there is public access trail to the beach right next to the house. We had a few occasions of people not staying on the trail and walking right in front of the windows to access the beach.
