"A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."

It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there ..."
