Heerlijk verblijf in ruime woning
We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze ruime woning. De woning voelt als een thuis aan, is goed verzorgd en erg schoon. Hij ligt een stukje de berg op en heeft daardoor een mooi uitzicht op de omliggende heuvels, maar is ook op loopafstand van restaurants en bakkerij.

Sehr gut ausgestattete schöne Ferienwohnung, wir konnten sowohl Spa in Belgien als auch den Nürburgring immer gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Trudi war ebenfalls immer 1a.

Superschöne Unterkunft in superschöner Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr groß und man findet dort alles, was man braucht.Es liegt auf einem kleinem Berg und der Panoramablick ist wirklich unglaublich schön. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Der Ort Nettersheim hat Einiges zu bieten. Es gibt dort herrliche Wanderwege und viel Sehenswertes. Wir können diese Unterkunft und die herrliche Umgebung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Auf den Spuren der Römer in der Eifel ...
Wir waren sehr zufrieden( besonders mit der Sauberkeit und der reichhaltigen Ausstattung ) bis auf: - Heizung reichte nicht aus, erzielte meist nur 19°C Raumtemperatur, zeitweilig 20°C ( wird laut Vermieter optimiert ) Raumluft bei Kachelofenbetrieb sagt uns nicht zu - Warmwasser wurde beim Duschen nach kurzer Zeit merklich kühler / für Badewanne reichte es nicht ( wird laut Vermieter optimiert ) - Stellplatz (schwieriges Einparken wegen Schräge/ Kanaldeckel) zur Info: in der Hausbeschreibung findet sich ein Whirlpool, den wir nicht gefunden aber auch nicht vermisst haben ...

Wundervoll mit Ausblick
Das Haus überrascht auf ganzer Linie. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig, alles ist super sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Es ist mit viel Liebe, bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick in die Umgebung. Ein Stück die Straße hoch ist ein schöner Aussichtspunkt, um auf Nettersheim zu blicken. Es ist bemerkenswert ruhig. Eine große Terrasse lädt zum Grillen ein. Uns war es bei über 30 Grad dafür leider zu heiß, im Haus allerdings, war es sehr angenehm, dank dicker Mauern! Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der näheren Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett. Es waren erholsame und sehr schöne Tage bei Fam. Schmitz.

Heerlijke vakantiewoning met veel ruimte!
We hebben samen genoten van ons verblijf in Nettersheim. Het is een behoorlijk grote, mooie en compleet ingerichte vakantiewoning. Qua zon en buitenmogelijkheden: het terras en het balkon bevinden zich aan de voorzijde en daar ontvang je tot het middag uur zon. Helaas vinden er vlak naast de woning momenteel bouwactiviteiten plaats, waarbij al om 7 uur 's morgens gestart wordt. In de slaapkamer met de 2 losse bedden is dat goed hoorbaar. De eigenaren zijn super aardig en zijn zeer bereid je met zaken te helpen of oplossingen aan te dragen.

Wirklich klasse
Ich habe die Unterkunft für zwei meiner Kollegen gebucht. Sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sauber, ausreichend Platz und die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam. Sie war sogar so freundlich und hat das von den Kollegen vergessene Ladegerät zugeschickt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Super verblijf !
Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. De woning was prima verzorgd en meer dan compleet ingericht. Wij hebben in deze zeer rustige omgeving een prima verblijf gehad. Veel wandel en fiets mogelijkheden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar. Groß, sauber, mit super Aussicht über Nettersheim. Alles ist vorhanden. Gertrud und Helmut sind sehr gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist ganz nah am Genfbachtal, wo es wunderschön ist. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein Geheimtipp, den wir eigentlich gar nicht preis geben wollen! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Eifel. Trudi und Helmut sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, wohnlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sie liegt schön ruhig und oberhalb von Nettersheim, sodass man einen Blick auf das Dorf und die Umgebung hat. Etwas Besonderes ist der Kachelofen, den wir gerne und ausgiebig genutzt haben. In Nettersheim gibt es einige Restaurants, Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt -man kann sich mit allem versorgen. Schöne Wanderwege sind schnell zu erreichen und ansonsten gibt es auch viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
