"Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

"This property was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The grounds were lovely, with patio, arbor, large trees, fruit trees, and garden. Very relaxing atmosphere. We were here for six nights, and really enjoyed our stay. This property has everything you need! I highly recommend it!"

"We had a wonderfull stay during our Christmas holiday. The house is small but has everything you would need, we also thought it was very well situated within the 'park', it was very private and beautiful looking out at the forest. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend it!"

"Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund in der Ferienwohnung Reuter in Böchingen. Trotz sehr heißen Wetters haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist Spitze und die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. In Böchingen selbst sind die Möglichkeiten bzgl. Gastronomie etwas beschränkt, aber Restaurants und Weinstuben sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ganzen ein gelungener erholsamer Urlaub."

"The most peaceful setting we have ever stayed in with total privacy. The house has all you could need ...both inside and the garden area. "Empfang freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wohnung war sehr einfach, uns fehlte die Küche um uns wirklich wohlzufühlen. Warmes Wasser hatten wir nur in der Dusche, zum Abwaschen Wasser im Kocher erwärmt. Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön aber für uns nicht geeignet weil etwas eingeschränkt im Laufen. Sehr viele Treppen zur Ferienwohnung bzw eine steile Straße hoch. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der steilen Straße. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut an die Straßenbahn(5 Minuten hin, 10 zurück s.o.)"

"We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...
