Only issue with room is that heat rises to top level (oven temperature) when bottom one is mid-warm. Supermarket just around the corner, McDonalds / Burger King / Metro station / Monoprix and cafes within 2 minute walk. Can see Arch de Triomphe from the distance, but you're on the opposite end of Champs...
