Highly recommend

The location for us was great. It had incredibly easy parking compared to the hotels that are in the inner city near the shops. It was an easy walk to the inner city. We were super close to the pick up and drop off for our hot air balloon ride which made it so we could sleep an extra hour compared to other guests who were more inland. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The decor is intricate and unique. An amazing bed. The WiFi is good enough for browsing but not strong enough to support zoom calls in case anyone is working remote while here. We just went to the coffee shop across the street that is open until 11PM which worked great.

A little apart from the central of Göreme but it takes about 5 minutes walk from hotel. Royal baloon company is really close to the hotel.

Great stay and staff

The hotel and the staff were amazing. They were very helpful with any request. They would go extra mile to make us comfortable. Specially Sardar the owner, he made sure we enjoy our stay to the fullest.

The owner is an exceptional individual. He was very helpful upon arrival and offered various tours and a balloon ride. I appreciated his quick response upon booking the reservation as I needed a low floor for my elderly parents which he immediately helped with. Breakfast was disappointing only because I noticed staff coughing and if they covered their mouth they didn’t wash the hands afterwards. I wasn’t going to mention this only because we really liked this hotel and didn’t want to mention anything negative. But this should be mentioned especially with all the health issues facing our global community right now. Overall a 8/10 rating. Thank you for a good stay.

The location was nice , breakfast and terrace view was nice and the place was clean Biggest disappointment was the heaters weren’t working, only using central ac heating which wasn’t enough the room was still cold at night. Also we were charged when we asked for extra water the next day which was supposed to be automatically refilled

The rooftop is perfect to watch the balloons in the morning!! Also a great Turkish breakfast buffet everyday. Serdar was amazing! He booked all our tours for us and went above and beyond all our expectations! Thank you!!

Perfecta ubicación, muy buena atención al cliente

La recepción fue muy agradable , nos brindaron información a la llegada de donde podíamos ir con mapa y indicaciones. Nos íbamos despues a Estambul y nos hicieron el favor de guardar una maleta has nuestro regreso. La ubicación es inmejorable . Como detalle diria que la limpieza diaria de habitación es bastante basica a veces no recogían ni los botes vacíos de jabón

Отличный отель с видом на долину

Красивый новый отель под старину. Интерьер продуман до мелочей, приятно находиться как в номере, так и на территоррии отеля. Наверху есть терраса с потрясающим видом на долину - для фото самое то. Ранним утром из номера видно полеты воздушных шаров. Вкусный завтрак включен. Гостеприимный и веселый парень на рецепции, очень приятная пара, которая занималась подготовкой завтраков. Чистые номера. Соотношение цена качество 10/10. Номер превзошел наши ожидание, а место, где расположен отель просто вне всяких сравнений. Однозначно рекомендую.

Great place!

The room is very nice, the staff amazing. The only thing I will say was there was no way to adjust the room temperatures so it was pretty hot. We ended up opening the window to sleep.

Otantik güzel bir oteldi. Eşimle 1 gece konakladık. Genel olarak yaşadığımız deneyimden memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim. Diğer Göreme Otellerine kıyasla konumu müthişti. Park sıkıntısı yok araçla gelecekler için büyük avantaja sahip. Ayrıca balonların kalkış bölgesine oldukça yakın bir bölgede yer alıyor. Kahvaltı nitelikli ve kaliteliydi. Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tek eleştirim banyodan biraz kötü koku geliyordu. Onun dışında oda büyük ve ferah her ayrıntı düşünülerek dekore edilmişti.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the room is spacious, well decorated and clean. The staff are helpful, providing information for me. What attracted me most was the terrace and it’s indeed great place for photos with hot air balloons! I also like the breakfast, as I am still that used to Turkish food, but here I can have western style breakfast, including Omelette, juice, bread & cereal! I would highly recommend the hotel ;)
