We were in New Bern for one night and booked the Clarion. It was our first time staying in a Clarion. As soon as I walked in, ilI noticed how wonderful it smelled. Everything was clean and very cozy. Staff was great amd check in was easy. As we continued to our room, we were impressed with how nice the place is. Our room was wnderful and the breakfast in the morning was yummy. I will definitely stay again.

The staff was pleasant. The bathroom door blocked the entry door. The only hot offering for breakfast was a waffle. This was the smallest breakfast offering we have experienced at a "breakfast included"hotel. Our credit card was charged an additional $75 which we were told would be returned in up to 10 days. I would not have stayed here if this was told to me when I made the reservation.
