"Wonderful stay in this beautiful historic property. Lynn greeted us at check in and gave us the full run down of the property and set the tone for a great long weekend away. Reliable wifi and a TV with all the apps if you're looking to stay connected and plenty of opportunities to disconnect with trails starting right out the front door, a fire pit, and books and games to take advantage of. Close to so many activities in the area but far enough away to enjoy total solitude as well."

"Beautiful secluded location. Quiet neighborhood right on the lake. Wonderful to go down to the dock in the morning and watch the lake come alive with a good cup of coffee. Plenty of room for the family. The log cabin interior was very cozy, clean and inviting. Kitchen had everything needed. The kayaks and fishing poles were put to good use. We stayed here to attend a nearby family wedding and it was SOOO much nicer than being in a hotel, having the family all together. Alfred made sure to check...

"Beautiful leaves in reds, oranges, and yellows reflected in a gorgeous pond with a pair of loons slowly floating by....Perfection! What a gorgeous location! We had a great stay- the kitchen was wonderful to cook in- we loved the gas stove- bacon tasted so delicious with croissants in the morning! "We had a lovely time at this property. Very cute cabin feel, perfect for the fall. We were in town for a wedding at Pats Peak and were able to walk to the venue. The host had a fire going for us when we arrived and the cabin was peak coziness! As other reviews mentioned the hosts house is right there but it still felt private. Thanks for a great stay! "

Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. "Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. We all wished we could have stayed much longer and would book again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area."
