Gorgeous stone home with lots of history! Such gracious hosts and very thoughtful. Their breakfasts are some of the best I’ve ever had at a BnB! This is a must go place, don’t hesitate :)
The friendliness and historical nostalgia was excellent. My favorite was enjoying breakfast with the owners and getting a history lesson from the owners. Breakfast was amazing both mornings!!
The customer service was fantastic. The cottage we were in was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extremely tasty each morning and we enjoyed our conversations with the property owners throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this B&B to anyone who is in the area.
This was our second stay at this wonderful B&B in the hill country of New Braunfels. We enjoyed feeling comfortable and treated like family in a beautiful, sprawling property with top-notch amenities. The breakfasts were wonderful & filling enough to carry us through to dinner time as we explored the many shops & museums of both Gruene & New Braunfels. We highly recommend this family B&B for your next vacation. A special shout out to Mom, Darrell & Karen for another memorable marital get-away for both of us. We’ll be back!
My husband and I loved this genuine Bed and Breakfast located on a Texas, German historic homesite with charming, down to earth hosts.
The staff was congenial, family oriented and warm in their offering of hospitality.
The lovely breakfast setting encourages getting to know other fellow Inn guests and connects travelers coming and going in an easy manner.
The Kuebler Waldrip Haus is a place to call home away from home.
This place is so neat ! Everyone was so friendly. We loved it here !!!! I get really hot so I went and bought a fan . I had to ask for help putting it together and they helped me with zero problems. Breakfast was amazing!!!! This is a must stay hidden gem ❤️
We were met by Darrell upon our arrival. He took time to tell us the history of the house and his family's part in it. He, his mother and Karen made our stay enjoyable and memorable. The breakfast they served was wonderful, and they even accommodated our need for a gluten free meal.
We will definitely stay with them on our next trip to New Braunfels.
The Kuebler Waldrip Haus B&B is a safe and welcoming environment. We stayed here as a group of ladies, our stay could not have been better. We checked in late and relaxed with a glass of wine. Our room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was very tasty and very filling. Parking was easy and plentiful. We felt very comfortable in leaving our extra ice chest outside when we went to the river. The outside seating areas were perfect to relax and enjoy the evening breeze. We will certainly stay here again. 10 out of 10 will tell our friends.
This is an absolute gem! Close to the river for float trips, close to shopping and places to eat!
Beautiful home and grounds, delicious breakfast, superb hospitality! We were overwhelmed by how perfect this stay was! The hostess has thought of everything and is so very gracious! Highly recommended!
My wife and I stayed the weekend so that we could attend the Wimberley Market Days. The property was so nice and the owners were wonderful. We walked the property each morning then had a great breakfast with many special items. After a long day (and on our last night), we built a fire in the fire pit and enjoyed the peaceful night. We highly recommend staying here!
Great, quiet, tucked away place. Kind and welcoming host. Always made sure we did not need anything. Had a delicious home cooked breakfast. I couldn’t have asked for anything. And it is not to far from San Antonio where we spent an evening on the river walk.
Convenient location - close to Gruene and San Marcos. Good fresh breakfast cooked to order (not buffet-fashion). Very clean. Family-owned and operated by a gracious folks. We will return again in the future. Be aware that the Wi-Fi connection is spotty.
