This space was a true delight. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, close to town. Inside is intimate with a true log cabin feel, outside offers a wonderful sunset view from the fire pit!

Beautiful Location

The house was cute and everything was as listed. The location was gorgeous. Loved being able to look out at the valley. The only down side is there was no broom to so we couldn’t clean the floor. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, quiet cabin for a get-away

Overall great little cabin! Clean and as described and the location is perfect if you seek privacy. Only thing to be prepared for is all of the moths that love the porch light and are eager to enter the cabin. Would definately stay here again!

Beautiful Stay

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We spent our honeymoon weekend here & it was exactly what we were looking for. A peaceful, relaxing & quiet place in nature. The cabin was so cozy, romantic, very well kept & the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was perfect & so relaxing. The fire pit was a perfect hangout spot to grill, relax & play cards. You could enjoy the abundance of stars from both spots & on the front porch was a perfect view of the sunset going down over the rolling hills. We will absolutely be making an anniversary trip back We Loved our stay here!! Highly recommend!!

Awesome cabin in low traffic area.

We loved it here. On the cold nights we were able to really use the hot tub and it made for an amazing evening. We saw 2 cars total all weekend coming through the area. It was quiet, and the stars were beautiful. It is also very close to everything you want in town. Great combo of the classic bones of the home and some modern amenities for xomfort. We especially loved the "historic" sign on the front! Can't wait to come back again sometime.

Blissfully peaceful and quiet

We enjoyed our stay overall. We got the quiet & relaxing time we were looking for. The pricing was great and communication with the property manager was good. As others have stated, the hot tub took a whole 24 hours to heat up. The heater/fireplace died in us but we managed. Stuff breaks. It happens. We would stay here again.

Romantic Getaway

Cozy cabin, very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable! Nice hot tub out back behind the cabin. Very quite, enjoy the stars at night while relaxing in the hot tub. Very easy check in. The town was beautiful and nice friendly people. Very affordable.

Straight out of a movie!

The cabin was so cute and perfect for a quick two day trip. I wish there were more comfy blankets around but other than that it was sooo nice. The hot tub was fantastic!!! Such a relaxing way to end the night.

Cozy cabin

It was very nice nice cabin. The only thing that I could find wrong was maybe they should update the photos because the picture online did not look anything like the home itself. We really enjoyed this rounding areas. Very nice and quiet getaway.

We absolutely loved this cabin! It was cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. The bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I’ve slept in any rental ever! It was a great location to everything we did; shopping, eating, zip lining, breweries. The outside was perfect to relax and enjoy the sounds of the night. My only complaint for this cabin is the shower, it had no water pressure and the hot water was lukewarm at the most otherwise I’d stay again!

Lovely Private Getaway Minutes from Everything

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary this last weekend and it was so lovely. I was worried about privacy since it was right on the road, but it isn't a high traffic area at all and most of the time it felt like we were all alone on a mountain top. It was so cute and just what we needed, and on top of that its only a few minutes from the downtown Wimberley area which we were at a lot, and about 15-20 to several swimming areas we went to including blue hole, jacobs well, and cypress creek falls. This city is a magical little gem, and this cabin made the experience that much more special. The host were very helpful and responded quickly when I had a few logistical questions, which was great. Definitely recommend for a couples weekend spot.

Peaceful and relaxing

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. The cabin is located just a short drive from town, and it is very quiet and peaceful here. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub under the stars in the evening. It is located behind the home, giving privacy from the road that runs right in front of the cabin (which has very little traffic). You will need to bring some kitchen supplies with you, as there were only basic kitchen supplies (a pair of scissors to open packaging and salt and pepper would have been nice to have in place as many other properties do). Overall, the property was clean, although the hot tub needed to be cleaned, as there was some sand in there from the path, and we had a couple of small roaches in the kitchen.

Nice!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved everything about it. The only thing I will recommend the owner is for the kitchen pictures to be renewed. My wife is a cook and we had bought items to make breakfast - well there was no stove as the picture had indicated. Unfortunately we had to throw away some of the groceries - not all. However, we enjoyed our anniversary stay here and would book again in the future. We loved it!

Was nice besides moths

This is a great place to stay and overall give it a 4/5. There were quite a few moths that were inside the cabin and was sometimes annoying dealing with them. The only other complaint was the bedroom has no door to it. Other than those things the cabin was great for my wife and I as a little gateway. Would book again for the same price. Hot tub is a huge bonus!

Weekend getaway

We loved the little cabin’s location and the quiet evenings we got to spend around the fire pit and the hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh. It was a great way to relax and recharge. Cabin was also close enough to enjoy some local eats, shops and drinks. However, we found the cleanliness of the place to be a bit disappointing, especially since a cleaning fee is included in our pricing. The window unit and some light fixtures had dust build up. The floors were very gritty especially in the bathroom. The bathroom also had mold looking buildup behind the toilet near the shower. The dishes all needed to washed out before use from the amount of dust in the space.

Sunset retreat

Loved watching the sun set from the front porch then to the hot tub till 3 am. Tell people bring cds to have music by pool in cd player and tell them tv is tiny but u can bring dvds and watch ur own porn on it. Also 2 cats live there outside but we also saw a large gray fox that came up to eat the food i put out for the cats. It stayed close to us till i tried to take a pic of it. Lol love the privacy and the view and the hot tub too. We will be back for future visits. We refered others to come see it too. Do not try to find this property after really dark cause u cant see street names if u take a wrong turn.
