"Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."

"Hotel booked online well before and confirmed. At the arrival, hotel reception denied a room saying property is full. I could not stay in that hotel and walked out."

"The rooms are suitable for pigs. Blood stains on the sheets and in the bignon were feces and urine. The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood where it surrounded us because they had never seen an online reservation. We were scared and we are gone. We have not slept in this dirty (like a pigsty) and dangerous place"

"This is the worst stay I have ever had. Linens were smelly, in tatters and as if never washed! Bathroom too dirty and broken to use! Noisy with staff talking loudly all night. Furniture and beds broken! Very unhygienic and unsafe place to stay. Should not be listed on Expedia."

"While the owner Ashu was pleasant and the staff tried to be very accomodating to our needs, unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for future bookings. The place is next to a main highway and we could hear the truck horns all night long. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed as even though they had just come back from the cleaners they had what appeared to be grease stains on them and the bedding was ripped in certain areas. The bathroom had a large hole in the wall that lead to the...

"The room and attached toilet were clean and comfortable. The staff could have been more helpful and cooperative. The hotel lacks a restaurant and it's located at one of the noisiest junctions of Arakashan Road and Desh Bandhu Gupta Road. Overall, it's okay to stay here if you're in Delhi only for a few days. The only advantage of this place is that the rooms are available at cheap rates, so it's ideal for a budget traveler."
