New Gilston Holidays

This B&B exceeded my partner and I’s expectations indeed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. We were able to leave our bags so we could go a wonder before checking in which was very convenient. The bedroom was perfect. From the jaw dropping views over dean village to the comfy big bed. It made it even more memorable with a snow day making Edinburgh feel like a winter wonderland. The breakfast was to die for, the staff were excellent. We will definitely recommend this hidden gem to our friends ☺️

The property was very clean and nicely decorated but our room was extremely small. We knew that going into it but was still shocked at the size of the room and bathroom. We made it work for our visit though. During check in was the only time we saw staff (which was nice!) and they were friendly and very helpful with our luggage and finding out room. The location is also excellent and perfect for walking anywhere you need. Would stay again if we booked a bigger room!

Amazing property. So good we extended our stay. phenomenal customer service. Our room was a great size even compared to North American standard size rooms. The food and service at their grand cafe was up to the same standards.

Fabtastic location with a great space. Would have been perfect if the washer/dryer had worked.
