"The site was private, relaxing & cozy. Though I would recommend warmer months for a stay (we went in December). The site manager was very communicative & helpful. My dog loved all of the enrichment sights, sounds & smells of nearby wildlife & we had a wonderful time exploring nearby White Sands Natl Park. With a little improvement on insulation, driving instructions & wifi connection, we would give 5 stars! But even with the minor glitches....the accessibility / great attitude of the site...

"This property was stunning, both from the location and the facilities themselves. The tent was charming and cozy with options for cooling off during the warm day and staying warm during the cooler nights. It was fairly easy to find and I had no problems reaching it in my rental car. The view itself was beautiful, both during the day and night. Fantastic glamping experience, highly recommend!"

"We had our daughter help with booking on her VRBO account and she said the process was very easy! The place is so well kept and has a "homey" feeling to it, the property manager was readily available, easily a phone call or a text away! Cloudcroft has always been a favorite spot of ours and this stay was one of our better ones after 40 years of marriage!! I would suggest this place to anyone who asks about it! Can't wait to go back!"

"This stay was GREAT!! We had the best time, the cabin was perfect! Definitely would need a 4X4 if it had been snowy or wet, but it was dry when we were there. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a few extras the host threw in that made it extra welcoming. The host was super friendly and very communicative.
