"DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. But after a lengthy call and waiting - maintenance arrived quick - but had to replace the entire keypad. The instructions to get in were a little off (told us to go to a door on the side, then walk through the hall to get to our door, but our door was on the front of the building and not through a hallway. "We stayed in Apartment 2 instead of the first floor. Our only complaint was the street noise. Traveled to NOLA to watch the Browns play the Saints at Superdome. Easy walk to Superdome. Blocks away from Bourbon St. Lloyd was very responsive when needed. There were tvs in each bedroom. Apartment was clean plenty bath towels for us. Many breakfast and ding available in walking distance Lyfts plentiful. Thanks Lloyd for sharing your space! "

"What a great place to stay while visiting New Orleans. This little place is just across the river in "Algiers". Algiers is quite and lovely. We rode the ferry back and forth to the city which made it nice not to have to worry about parking. When we did haver to drive it was only 15 min. Lots of great places to eat close by. The rental was clean, and nice. everything we needed "
