The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The service was very friendly and conversational. Everything I needed was case by. The restaurants were within steps form the hotel. I am safe to have come here a week before the horrific events that took place on Bourbon Street. I had a beautiful Christmas holiday. :)

We stayed for 7 nights over the holidays and thought the decor and building was beautiful. A few things I had overlooked when booking were the reviews that mentioned the 3 main issues we had. Our ac didn't really work and was always off and on and in need of adjusting, the noise every night from the lower bar was very loud and disruptive. It's an open concept and with the hollow wood doors, you hear everything. And then when it came to our room we couldn't get more than 2 waters per day yet paid for a room with 4 adults and our last day we never got any towels so we had to call down twice because they never arrived and we were told to wait in our room for them. Overall, I don't think we would stay again and I really should have paid more attention to the reviews.

"We were greeted by a friendly front desk. The room was clean, beds were awesome. It helped to have wash basin outside of bathroom. Secured parking was a bonus!"

"Nice hotel right in the middle of the french quarter. Walking distance to St Louis Cathedral and cade du monde. Right off bourbon street. A little dated but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, you could not hear any noise coming from bourbon street."
