The 4 br/ 2 bath home features restored pine floors, high ceilings and year round private heated pool. Located in the hip Irish Channel, we are conveniently located next to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Please refer to hand drawn floor plan for accurate depiction of bedroom count and layout.

The Space:
Enjoy this newly renovated New Orleans home with spacious interior and a gorgeous backyard in a convenient and safe location. This home features sun-soaked living areas, restored hardwood floors throughout and vintage furniture carefully curated to provide comfort and class.

The Neighborhood:
Built on the city's high ground, The Irish Channel serves easy access to daily needs such as Rouse's Grocery and Walmart. There are constantly new shops and restaurants popping up in this area that make it perfect for strolling. Find yourself within walking distance to both upscale dining, craft cocktails and rare antiques as well as casual dining, dive bars and eclectic boutiques. This home is a quick car ride away from most attractions including the Audubon Park & Zoo, as well as the popular Magazine Street and a little further, the French Quarter.

Getting Around:
The area is safe to walk around and has many bustling restaurants, famous breweries, cafes, and shops a few blocks away. Taxis and ride shares such as Uber and Lyft, operate heavily in the area with minimal wait times. For those traveling by car, free street parking in front of the house is available.

Great house
Don’t let the outside judge the inside. There are 4 nice bedrooms and two nice baths. I would definitely stay here again. On the downside, the hot and cold on the main bathtub is opposite of what it indicates. The headboard on one of the twins was not attached and one of the kitchen cabinets needs repairing. The shower in the master is great, there is a jetted tub in there but we didn’t use it. The beds were so comfortable. Loved the gas stove on convection oven. It’s very centrally located, only 15 minutes to the French Quarter and 5 minutes to the Garden District. I highly recommend this home to everyone. Hosts got back to us within 4-5 minutes, loved that.

Everyone loved it!
The property was spacious and perfect for our family of eight. Plenty of seating for a meal and the beds were very comfortable. The home is very tidy and organized with labels for switches and in the kitchen. My older kids loved the espresso machine and the younger kids splashed in the pool for hours. Highly recommend this property!

Great Place
Great house and great location. The house had everything we needed. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the adults enjoyed hanging on the patio. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. The owner was easily accessible for a couple of questions we had. Highly recommend the property and would stay here again if in the area.

Cute Property for Family Stay
We enjoyed the family stay at this cute little house! The wooden floors were a little loud when our infant was sleeping, and the pool heater didn’t seem to properly work - to be fair, we didn’t ask the property manager about it as it was late and we didn’t want to bother them. Cute for a quick stay and neighborhood seemed safe enough.

We were in town for a friends wedding and had the pleasure of staying at this property. The place was spacious, beautiful and clean. We enjoyed being able to cool off in the pool and made use of the heater when it was chilly. Would stay here again.

This was a great place for us. Close to everything. The pool was nice as we have a teen who doesn’t like going out so we got to spend time in a pool with privacy to allow him to enjoy himself and relax. Eighborhood is quiet and locals are very friendly.

Surprisingly Spacious House Great Pool
The house is in a safe location, conveniently located a few blocks from a great grocery, amazing coffee shop, and some drinking holes. It's a bit more than a mile to the park. The house is surprisingly spacious. It was clean and everything worked. Pool was absolutely clutch, particularly to escape the summer heat.

We loved our house! The owner was very responsive to any of our questions, and she brought towels over right away when the washer was not able to be fixed. We were well took care of! The pool was perfect as it was heated so we were still able to enjoy the pool even when it rained a little each day. Thank you!

Fantastic Pool
The property is excellent! It's very clean, the beds are great and the pool is perfect. I only had two problems. One, when I arrived there were two men working on the outside of the property. I wasn't informed before hand that anyone would be there nor did the owner respond to explain why they were there. The property manager responded but didn't know what was going on. Second, the living room furniture is HORRIBLE!! The chairs have breaks in them and the sofa is lumpy at best. Those issues didn't ruin our stay because the pool was the real reason we were there and it was more than made up for those issues!! I would DEFINETLY book this place again!

This house is awesome and has everything needed. There was a bit of confusion with the check in but luckily there is plenty to do in New Orleans so we were not too bothered with entertaining ourselves for a while before checking in. Communication with the hosts were great, they were very helpful. Love the neighborhood. Would recommend.

Great Property
If you want to stay in an authentic double barrel shotgun style house this place is for you. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. With four bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. We liked the location which is close to the garden district and downtown. Great restaurants nearby. The pool in a private backyard is another plus. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome area of New Orleans and very walkable neighborhood. Only two complaints: no glasses but owner was very prompt in correcting that mistake and brought glasses over asap, and some of the furniture had been repaired and had some jagged/sharp edges. Overall would highly recommend this rental and will be back!

Clean convenient property
We stayed 4 days at this home during our visit to New Orleans. It was clean, safe and convenient to all the things we wanted to see and do. And the kids loved the heated pool in the backyard. Gave us a nice place to relax after a day of site seeing.
