Was the amazed that when I requested a toilet to be unplugged, I was handed a plunger to take care of myself. Is that standard for a Hampton Inn?

I really liked that they had breakfast each morning. I did miss that they did not serve pancakes. It was very easy to walk to Touro Hospital, which was a block away. The really only complaint was that the TV was live stream and continued to freeze up like every 30 to 60 minutes.

We stayed here for The Eras Tour in NOLA and it was absolutely fantastic! All the staff was polite and the place was very clean. The only complaint is $20 a night parking. If you’re paying for a room you should be able to park for free. I was never made aware of the parking fees. Other than that, I’d stay again and recommend it to others.

The garden district is much quieter and safe than the quarter area and the trolly picks you up right out front. Very convenient and clean. The staff was great and the property was clean and appealing.

Great location. The St Charles Street stops basically right in front of the hotel. Close to amazing restaurants. Staff very friendly. Quiet stay. Would book again.

Pool was very refreshing. Staff was beyond curtious. Different free-breakfast options daily was a nice treat. Even though our last day was Thursday, on Wednesday Hampton Inn decided to shampoo the carpet in our room. Carpet was wet and slippery for about 24 hours. Not cool.

This is our go-to hotel when we come to town to visit our Tulane student. We like that it is convenient to the trolley, and also walkable to a couple of good restaurants and the college campus. Superior Grill right next door has great food and drinks!. My only comment is that the breakfast options are very limited. I would appreciate more fresh fruit and a wider variety of protein options for those who cannot eat eggs or dairy. Not a deal-breaker, though. We will stay here again!

Everyone of the employees was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet. Parking was super easy compared to most in New Orleans. Good breakfast. Zero complaints.
