The front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. It’s good value for money and in a fun neighborhood with lots to see. Great for tourists looking for fun

Very conveniently located in French Quarter. Rooms are very large and updated. However, the hotel is Very noisy at night and the elevator and patio cover need major upgrading or replacement.

Charming hotel at a convenient location. Needs some renovating of the interior and the rooms to make it more comfortable. At night it was noisy. The rooms are not sound proof and one can hear the loud music playing from the bar in the property.

An old hotel, not well maintained. Outside all doors on levels 3 and 4 is an old and dirty tarpaulin hanging over the courtyard. Last renovations of the room not well thought through - no power outlet for the coffee machine, and so on. Frankly, for the price, there are better options.

Even in a courtyard room, the music from the bar next-door was throbbing till 3am. Unbelievably loud. The wine bar in the hotel was lovely for about 2 minutes until I saw a giant rat run over my foot. Literally. :-(

Pros: good location, quiet at night, beautiful courtyard Cons: RUDE front desk staff, overcharged valet service compared to the website when I booked, locked out of room and use of elevators an hour before needing to checkout, hotel room door was extremely hard to open and close, door latch lock broken, room needing repairs (ie, heaved tiles, door, musty smell, cleaning). I would not recommend this hotel, I’m sure there are much better options for this kind of $$$$.

The room was tiny and it has bugs flying all over the room . Bed is not that great. Ac is not working properly, it was so cold and we were freezing and couldn’t sleep for 2 days then i asked for upgrade . And they did but the hot water was not working great either.. i won’t stay here again.

I loved it! In the middle of the Quarter! I could walk until.I was tired and be back quickly. The only thing is that I was on the third floor and the elevator was brokem the entire time
