Excellent spot in Uptown
I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The location was perfect as we were visiting our Tulane student and attending an event at the Superdome. Very convenient to both. The property was very clean and well appointed. The host was very friendly with great communication. We definitely will stay again on a future visit.

In town for a wedding
There were three generations - ages 40 to 92. We were all quite pleased with the property and host. There were even coffee filters! Very convenient location for our needs. Easy access to town.

Perfect place
This house was the perfect place for my two kids and me. It was just what we needed for our short stay for Tulane graduation. The house is well stocked with necessities; coffeemaker, plenty of pots and pans, extra blankets and pillows. Parking on the street in front of the house provides easy entrance to the house. I felt very safe in this house! We had a couple of hiccups during our stay, but they were addressed and remedied immediately. Good communication with the host! We will definitely stay here again!

Great property, neighborhood and hosts!
We vist New Orleans several times a year and had never stayed on Carrollton before. What a great place! We enjoyed going for walks, walking to restaurants and to hear live music. This place is is so easy to get to, parking was a breeze and of course the streetcar is right in front of the house. We traveled with our dogs so it was great having a fenced yard. The unit is spacious and our whole family fit on the big comfy sofa. It isn't fancy but it was perfect for us. We didn't cook but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. There is a dining bar but no dining table

Mardi Gras ‘24
We came with adult children and two dogs. We had so much room and a fenced yard for the dogs. Ami and Louis could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Also, it’s in a great location. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

FABULOUS FIND!
We were so impressed with our stay with Ami. 2 couples and 1 of our friends stayed two nights in her place and it was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of space for the group, plenty of amenities we needed and Ami was an incredible host. She greeted us, and our puppy, was so accommodating and gave us plenty of recommendations of what to do. The beds were comfortable and the location was SO easy. 10-15 min Uber to Bourbon St, Street car access right outside, and it felt super safe!! We loved it!!
