Beechwood Cabin near Ash Cave

Looking for a romantic getaway? All wood log cabins on private property located in the Hocking Hills area just 10 minutes from Ash Cave/Cedar Falls. Private hot tub, full kitchen, charcoal grill, fire ring with firewood available. Pond with gazebo on site
Beechwood was the second cabin to grow our business. It provides wheelchair access with a ramp leading to the front door. Inside you'll find a blue theme with an open floor concept and a loft bedroom. Cuddle up on the couch in front of a gas log fireplace(in season)or go out front and make your own fire at the ring. On the screened-in back porch you'll have a nice view of the woods leading down the hill. With it facing the back you will have privacy and exclusive use of the hot tub. There is a decent stereo with bluetooth to listen to music, a fully equipped kitchen, and games for your use.

Hiking and relaxing before venturing off to NC

Broke up our trip to NC to visit our son. Got to wnjoy this beautiful cabin, hot tub, hiking and sitying outside. It was wonderful.

3 Day Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Hocking Hills. The cabin was perfect for my wife and I to experience Hocking Hills for the first time. The cabin was in close proximity to the trails, and local restaurants. Cabin was as described in the listing and very clean. We would definitely recommend it, and would book again.

Can’t wait to return

Well, two years in a row, and this time we made sure to stay an extra night. Great spot with tons of privacy, and because you’re in Vinton County you don’t feel crowded by other visitors. This property was perfect for two people trying to have a calm and relaxing trip. We cannot wait to book again and are even thinking of returning in the fall.

Great get away

The cabin was fantastic. Great location for all the Hocking Hills attractions. Good grocery store about15-20 minutes away. Cabin was very private. The screen porch with hot tub, glass of wine was wonderful after a day of hiking. The out door fire pit was put to use every night - the owner has a barn area with wood to purchase . Great Place!!!!

40 Years Anniversary

This was a part of our 40 year anniversary celebration. This was perfect for the two of us. Close to hiking and the weather was great. Nice fire ring with wood available and the grill was good for burgers and hotdogs. The Beechwood was clean and comfortable.

Was exactly as described. Cozy, comfortable, cute, quiet-inside cabin… private.. Draw backs could use more light in bathroom and kitchen. (Will bring battery lights next visit) Minor traffic sound is noticeable when outside only. Would definitely go again!

I Said Yes!

This cabin definitely fits the theme of “Romance”! The property feels super safe and has a nice neighborhood feel. It was a perfect distance from Lake Logan and Ash Cave. There was also fun things to do at the cabin, like fish at the pond, grill, hot tub, cook smores around the fire. The front porch was gorgeous, so pretty that my (now) fiancé proposed and I said YES! Beechwood Cabin was a lovely spot and we’d love to stay again, and recommend it to all!

Romantic Getaway

Was quiet and peaceful, not as remote as expected, the cabins are close to each other, but having the last one on the lane made it nice. A little bit of highway noise when outside on the porches, but put radio on even at low volume and not noticeable. Only real complaint was that the hot tub quit working the last morning and it would've been to late to enjoy even if we would have called (was probably just the breaker) the last dip in it we wanted in the morning before we left. Over-all the place was very clean, when I called for direction as I had never been there the lady was very friendly and put my mind at ease about the check-in. We had a really good time, enjoyed the cabin we definitely want to go back.

Beautiful stay

Almost everything about this place was absolutely perfect. The screened-in porch was one of my favorite things, fact that it was 5 mi from town was so convenient. My boyfriend and I stay in cabins twice a year we were not disappointed with this place. The bed was amazing to sleep in my only to complaints is that check ìn is not until 5:00 p.m. so that was very inconvenient. The check-in was a little annoying because of the paperwork you had to fill out instead of just doing it online. We needed to get a hold of the property manager and tried calling but they never called us back. Only one issue with the hot tub and it was very shallow it's not a deep hot tub so you practically have to lay down the whole time just to get the hot water around your shoulders you can't just sit up in it comfortably other than that everything was wonderful about this place and we would love to stay again. 1 1/2 days here was not enough.

Cabin was quiant and just what we needed! Cabin was well kept but the lighting in the bathroom and beside the stove and refrigerator was very low and felt like i was doing hair and makeup in the dark! The hot tub was amazing not the greatest size for someone 6' plus and yhe jets were almost too powerful! Other than those couple minor things it was a great few days!
