All holiday stays require a 2 night minimum. Enjoying a calm relaxing fire 🔥 and a ice cold beer while roasting hot dogs on the open fire pit. Hot dog sticks provided!

This is a unique and amazing experience! Being in the rolling hills of PERRY COUNTY OHIO in the APILACHION foothill of AMERICA!
You will never forget this house or town since we are all one of a kind.
4 bedroom...upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in two and one bedroom with a twin and another middle room with a full size futon.
Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen. Bathroom is located Downstairs. Separate shower and a claw ball bath tub for a long hot soak.
Come enjoy the porch and our little home town Pizza 🍕 at little Italy pizza place! Go down to the black diamond tavern in Shawnee for great food and drinks. Make sure you order the paper jack cheese bites. AMAZING! Order some spirits and enjoy the local tavern.

We were all pleased with our stay. There was plenty of room. Atv friendly town. Some of the reviews had us worried. The Grill worked. It was warm and enough room for all of us. Dog friendly. People around town were friendly. We will definitely go back.

We were not able to stay on the property. A huge miscommunication between the owner and VRBO took place and our reservation was cancelled. We found out half-way to our destination- 2 hour drive! We were stuck far from home with no place to stay on a holiday weekend with family and a dog. We had to scramble and found the last place available that would accomodate us with a dog. It was a very bad experience and I will NEVER use VRBO again and will make sure and tell my family and friends not to also.

We had so much fun during our stay! It was nice to bring our lab with us, it's usually hard to find a place that allows larger dogs. We would stay again!
