"This hotel is very conveniently located right next to the old street.
Hotel room includes breakfast and dinner which are fairly good taste.
Hotel room has good view and with private hot spring. But public hot spring
spa in the hotel is well maintained, clean and offered many amenities.
Enjoyed both private and public hot spring in the hotel.

"The hotel is not located in the Taipei City. The nearest subway may take 30 mins walk. You may change the local bus + 4 mins walk to the hotel. It's much suitable for driving to the hotel and the hotel offer the free parking fir hotel guests.
The room is roominess and very clean. The bed is comfortable and easy to fall to sleep. The view is a city view and the sound isolation is very good, you won't hear the noise from outside.

"It was my first time traveling alone to Taiwan. The hotel was very clean from the reception on the first floor, and when I entered the room it was also beautiful and wonderful.

"Located just beside the expressway, travelling via private transport is convenient. Many public buses available, not near train station though. Area is not noisy during the night time, not scary too as there are some shops that are closed late.
The hotel lobby is welcoming, there is refreshments provided for guests at the lobby area. Hotel room provided is luxurious and comfortable, extra pillows available. Hot water supply for shower is consistent — love this especially during the winter...

It does get little over crowded on certain days as there is only one bench press ( first comes first serve). Absolutely Exceptional–A True Five-Star Experience
"We had a superb experience staying at The Grand Hotel in Taipei. Among hotels of similar level, this one stands out for its thoughtful service and attention to detail.
The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from the front desk and concierge to the transportation team, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and luggage attendants. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
What impressed us most was how comprehensive the services were. The hotel helped us arrange taxis, airport shuttles, and even a private driver for a day trip outside of Taipei, which was the highlight of our stay. They also offer on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient.
The hotel itself is true to its name — grand in design, well-maintained, and very clean. There's a real sense of history and elegance throughout the property.
For the level of comfort and service provided, we felt the price was more than fair. It was excellent value for the experience we had.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay in Taipei.
