"The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....

"A great corner condo in the Montauk Manor. Had a wonderful weekend. The condo was clean, and a great size for 3 adults. Got to use all the facilities at the manor. Indoor pool beautiful, sauna. Great restaurant and free shuttle bus to take you to town. Just a great weekend. "

"We enjoyed the size of the condominium; we could spread out in the family room/living room and it has an open floor plan so the kitchen and dining room were right there as ell..a nice big open space, with big windows facing the back yard, which has some wetlands there. The ducks came to swim sometimes. The condo is close to Mirror Lake and I walked my dogs there every day. We enjoyed the proximity to Lake Placid town and ate out in the White Bear and Mountain Deli often. A very relaxing trip. No...
