This hotel was in the perfect location for us, with everything we wanted/needed to see within walking distance or easy subway access. We were initially worried about transportation back to EWR very early -- before trains were running -- but the staff scheduled a car pickup for us, even walking us to the corner to meet it when the road was unexpectedly closed. Very good service and friendly staff!

Great location for access to transportation and proximity to popular areas like Koreatown. Check in and check out were quick and simple, staff was very professional. Our room was clean and comfortable with minimal wear and tear.

This is a convenient location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish you got a bottle of water everyday, but they only give you a bottle the day you check in.
