I would rate them ZERO stars if i can. Worst experience ive ever had in a hotel. I was booked for 5days-4nights and didnt get room service once ! Everytime i mentioned it to the staff they say we will make sure they get to your room and they never did. I had to ask for towels every day and ran iut of soup and shampoo. When i asked for compensation they completely ignored it. I would never be staying in this place ever, and its not like it was a cheap hotel, almost $1000 for 4 nights, so i would atleast expect $250/night treatment.

i was blamed for something that didn't have anything to do with me i was literally refused services i paid for ahead of time and embarrassed on my anniversary so much so that we have been in arguments constantly after that I am so embarrassed how can someone say that something in the garbage beneath the bag is mine I am mortified that we got treated in such a way then expedia couldn't book us another room which made no sense so we ended up without a room all night it was the most embarrassing situation I have ever been in I need to speak with someone in charge immediately or I'm filing a defamation of character lawsuit i have the whole incident on camera i will be calling the news if I'm not contacted immediately

As a couple from out of state, it was incredibly unsafe to not have customer parking for guests. Unsafe. Area was run down around hotel.

I likes the terrace and party area neighborhood isnt pleasant at night but you feel safe in the jotel and its property...very friendly staff also

I had hotel coverage. I filed a claim. I took video and pictures on my phone and my husband‘s housekeeper did not clean my room. The view was nothing like it was advertised. I am very disappointed.
