We booked the hotel for a 3 nights stay because of the central location in Manhattan, so that we can walk and explore the city. It is close to the Empire State building, Times Square, Rockefeller Center and Central Park. This was perfect for us. The hotel staff was great and chick in was very easy. The lobby was nice and clean.
We booked a room with a king bed and the room was supper small, there was no need for a king bed in such a small room. The bed was very comfortable. We had no room to put our bags anywhere and were almost stepping over them. A queen bed would have been much better suited for the size of the room. The carpet needed some cleaning but was not too bad. The bathroom was very clean and good size.
Breakfast was included and it was really great, with lots of choices.
The ice machine is in the basement which is a disaster as this is where all the cleaning supplies and rooms are and there were things placed everywhere. You had to navigate through the hall to get to the ice machine.
Overall the hotel was decent, but would have expected more for of a bigger room the price. But we were not there to stay in the room but to visit NYC. It is more suited for a single person then for a couple.
