Elevators could use improvements. Took to long to get on and sometimes after you did your floor wasn’t on there even though it was the one it told you to use

The elevator system is terrible. We waited over 30mins for an elevator 3x and had to take the stairs. My knees are still hurting. We also encounters some racial profiling issues.

Location was great but the biggest issue was waiting for an elevator for over 15 min to get to your room. It was very crowded, which was expected, but I was better off taking the stairs back and forth to my room. The free breakfast was not the best and since it was so crowded they could not keep up with stocking it so we basically had to pick at whatever was available. On the last night of our stay there was a false fire alarm going off every ten min at 1am until 2 am which disturbed our sleep. Overall the location was great but not the best experience.

This was a great location for the holiday areas!! The staff was very helpful and friendly and it was so nice to have breakfast included!! Also, hot coffee was available all day and night!! Will definitely stay there again!!!

Here’s a polished version of your review that includes the additional points about the fire alarm incident: This was by far the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in. The experience was disappointing on so many levels, starting with the fire alarm debacle. At 2 a.m., the alarm went off, and it took 30 minutes before any communication from the staff to inform us it was a false alarm. Even worse, over the next 1.5 hours, the alarm continued to go off repeatedly, waking us up every time we managed to fall back asleep—each time just to announce that it was a false alarm again. This was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. To add to the misery, the elevators were a nightmare. They were slow, unreliable, and honestly set a negative tone for the day every single time we used them. Whether coming or going, they were a consistent source of frustration. Overall, this property failed to meet even the most basic expectations for a Hilton, and I will never stay here again. Hilton needs to seriously address the management and operations of this hotel.

Perfect location in the centre of everything! Times Square was right down the street and it was easy to catch the subway. The elevator was quite busy around prime times (morning and check in at 3:00), but you just have to plan accordingly. Would highly recommend staying at this property again.

Did not like the lobby, very small and very crowded. The breakfast area was not what I expected. There was no control of the people who would have breakfast in the morning. Anyone from the outside could come in the hotel and have breakfast. What I did not like was that the rooms were cleaned every other day, which I was very surprised. That's not something to be expected when you pay almost $300 per night.
