My family enjoyed our stay. The elevators were slow yes, but it wasn't any pause for concern. This hotel is in walking distance to Time Square/Broadway, Central Park and Radio City Music Hall. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Check in was quick and they were very kind and gave us late check out. Our room was clean, quiet with a larger bathroom considering it’s nyc and housekeeping was very attentive each day. We will be returning to Hilton Garden Inn.

Price and location were excellent. Property was a little older, room was small, and bed comfort was so-so. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel at 11am (4 hours early for check in), and they were going to hold our bags for us until check in, but instead a room was ready so they let us in right away. I would stay there again.
