After an initial problem with room allocation - efficiently sorted out by the manager - we had a great stay here. The room was big, with a great view of the NYC skyline, and kept clean by housekeeping every day. The hotel is right on Broadway, so great for anyone going to see a show (or two!), and also very close to the subway. Breakfast, drinks from the bar, and the hotel shop all very expensive.

Great location, amazing view. Room was a bit tired looking, could do with an update and a deep clean. On two occasions housekeeping didn’t make the beds but rectified when we raised it. Hotel entrance for drop offs/pick up always had groups hanging around smoking weed which didn’t feel great.
