The property was perfect for our need. I loved the location so central which made walking to many places very doable. It was also close to subway lines and buses for trips a little further away. Our family of five enjoyed our stay here. A lot of the places we wanted to visit were closed by and it was easy and fast to request uber/lift. The street is busy and noisy but hey your in New York City so it was expected! But did not bothered us. The place was clean, it felt safe and we would definitely be staying here in the future.

Best deal in the city. In Korea town close to the empire state building. Close to a subway entrance with food trucks and carts. Nice little donut spot next door, very short walk for lots of shopping. Clean room and friendly staff.

Communication with the management was excellent. They were very helpful. Location was great for accessing lots of restaurants, attractions, etc. It is an older building, and the soundproofing was not great - we could hear all the noises from the rooms around us (maybe they were just particularly loud guests, but it was pretty noisy).
