Sadly, I should have seen the other reviews, but it was a very last minute trip and basically picked the first thing with a good location.
Beyond disappointing! Pictures don’t make sense with real place.
My room was really dirty, full of glitter (like hosted a party the night before), should’ve inspected the room before living to run the errands I went for this very last minute trip. Once back quite later, it was too late to realize that my bed it was disgusting!
The sheets had hair and a stain of blood (?!), the comfort a stain that seemed to be something greasy.
Didn’t feel quite safe also, with apparently one single employee the whole night, no security, no cameras around, the hotel didn’t even had a sign (?!).
I do have to admit that the staff I interacted with, was nice, welcoming and cordial. Specially the solo one front the night shift (which he was amazing and very apologetically polite by the whole bed “situation”.
The location is great, but honestly, it was $472 (because I’m still waiting for the $200 deposit back) for a Tuesday night off season, even if it was like $50 bucks at least CLEAN sheets and floor should be the minimum.
Beyond unhappy.
