New York City Studio

The apartment is flooded with light, totally quiet, looks out on to the back yard of the building, and on the ground floor - so there is no climbing flights of stairs with luggage. Its on a tree lined street, with a little coffee shop out front. Great restaurants, bars, subway stops, bus stops just outside. Walking distance to Union Square, Washington Square Park, NYU, Madison Park.

There is a queen sized bed, desk, wifi, printer and TV. Empty drawers, shoe storage, and empty closet.

It's quiet and set up for work-at-home with desk, printer and wifi. Close to NYU. Fantastic local restaurants and bars have transported their service into adorable outdoor dining as well as indoor, throughout the neighborhood.

I would love to have someone stay there and treat it like their own home. It's a GEM of an apartment in the heart of it all - East Village!

I've rented my apartment through for many years and had great reviews and many repeat guests. Most of my long-term rentals were parents or traveling professors for NYU. Looking forward to trying this new platform!

Lovely Studio Great Neighborhood
Perfect ground floor location to hop out and experience the neighborhood. Comfy bed and top notch appliances . Danette is a very communicative hostess and will respond quickly to all questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Rare Find
There are certain small spaces that are cozy, warm, and inviting. This is a special find, a jewel box of a place. Its wood floors and cabinets and exposed brick add great character and warmth. The spacious kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated with top of the line appliances and finishes. Highly recommended oasis in the East Village!

Perfect Manhattan stay!!
