Overall, a nice hotel with helpful staff. Everything is in good condition. The location is hard to beat. Around 10pm, I found my bathtub was missing a drain plug and the shower curtain smelled a bit. Two employees came in about 30 minutes to resolve these issues. In the morning, it took about 4 minutes for an elevator to arrive. From then on, I only took the stairs going down.

The hotel was in the perfect part of the city! We had our 3 young children with us and I couldn't have asked for a better location. Central Park is RIGHT there. Plenty of delicious food. Times Square is close enough to walk to but far enough that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of the crazy. Subway stop is steps from the entrance and NYC has the best public transport system in the US. Just a wonderful weekend and I can’t wait to go back!
