Stayed here half a dozen times. Located in walkable distance to Time Square or CP, but not as busy. The fragrance when you walk in the lobby smells so good and has been the same since I started staying there. Only 2 elevators which can get busy but 2 days of our visit, 1 elevator was out of order and was difficult to retrieve in a timely manner, especially on the higher floors. Other than that, our stay was great, as always.

Great hotel close to Central Park and time square safe and pretty. 3 rd time staying here always a pleasure this time I had an issue with my room they change my room immediately with no issue. The staff always nice and charming.

The area and the staff are excellent, but the room was small, with inadequate lighting and without a comfortable chair (there was, I suppose, no room for one). The bathroom was small and poorly laid out. Two of the three nights we stayed, there were loud noises (which sounded like garbage trucks) from the alley behind us. The heater was quite loud, and didn't seem to function well, and, finally, there was no real restaurant on site, just a coffee bar with prepackaged pastries and such. In general, a level of quality for which you'd pay no more than $150, if it wasn't New York.
