This furnished rental is located in the Flatiron District. Named after the iconic wedge-shaped building, the commercial neighborhood is home to apartment buildings, office high-rises, and some of the city’s best restaurants. Both locals and tourists frequent the eclectic food trucks along Fifth Avenue. A focal point of the area is Madison Square Park, which is a great green space featuring sculptures and is home to the original Shake Shack. The Financial District is about 15 minutes away by subway.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
