Great location, friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Did not like the resort fees of $40 per day in addition to nightly room rate. One negative - they had no working ice machine in the whole hotel. They had one ice machine for the hotel on the 17th top floor but it was not working. When I complained on the second night to the front desk, I was told they would have someone bring ice to my room, but it never arrived.

An excellent hotel with friendly staff and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are getting a little tired but the bed was excellent! A little noisy sometimes but mainly from New York rather than inside the hotel! The free coffee was good but could do with starting at 6am for those with jet lag!

Loved the location. Five minute walk to Grand Central station. Lots of eateries and shopping in the area. Bryant Park is a 15 min walk. Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean.

The Renwick is in a great location. You’re close enough to all the fun stops but far enough away that it’s quiet and less busy. Lots of food options nearby and the staff is wonderful. There’s even a parking garage right across the street.
