Place needs work. Rooms are like an unfinished basement with a bed in it. Our outdoor "patio" was full of construction materials and no furniture set out. Front desk person told me I could park out front and not pay however I was rapidly dealt a Parking ticket for 65$. When I went back in to ask the front desk person why she said "Sorry, I live in Flushing" . Also feel I was charged more for room than it was advertised on Expedia for. How is that for a review?

The floors on the hotel are uneven leaving a big gap between the floor and the door. The bed had hair on it that wasn’t mine. The chain lock on the door was broken and the water didn’t get hot only warm. I let the water run for like 10 minutes and closed the door and no steam came out the bathroom. It’s to cold to not be able to bathe in hot water.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect—centrally located and close to all the major attractions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the city!”

At check in they did not know anything about VIP status Expedia, they wanted to charge $40 per hour for late check out. No uograde. And the $10 they sent me to bar next door and the bar said they do not know anything about it and I paid the full bill. Hotel seems to have a lack of management communication to their staff. I do not recommend to stay here.

I never left a review ever before, but this has been some of the worst experiences of my life. It was dirty nothing worked the elevator was broken, the shower was dirty, the sheets as well. Just AVOID. Another client was complaining about the same issues. Never got a refound or offered a discount.

The staff was terrible... my wife checked in at 4:30pm and around 7pm she had an panic attack and she called the ambulance and they came to the hotek to pick her up to take her to the hospital and on her return from the hospital when she went to go back to the room she left from the hotel tells her that they gave her room away because they didht think she was coming back... smmfh they're the worst hotel in nyc and i have over 2.5 million followers on Instagram and i will post on my story and write the worst review on Tribeca Hotel FiDi

I am reluctant to give the property the wonderful review it deserves- but I did, 5 stars - because then everyone will come and I won’t be able to book it. Very reasonable price, courteous and caring staff. Clean. Good location. And elevator at the Oculus subway stop to avoid the stairs at the Rector street station.

I had viewed the pictures of the property before reserving. The pictures were either "touched up" or of a different area than we saw. Yes, there is a small balcony, but with no view. There is a microwave and refrigerator. No coffee maker in the room. No paper products for the kitchen. One juice glass, one regular glass, and one small plate. No ice machine; if you want ice you need to freeze it yourself in the refrigerator. Ice trays were provided. The floors were concrete with one shag rug that didnt appear to have been vacuumed in awhile. The bathroom was very small, water pressure was poor. They did provide Dove products attached to the wall in the shower. If you arrived before check-in they asked for an extra fee, which meant they had a room available. If you say no, they have no where to store your luggage for awhile. I learned this from overhearing a conversation of a couple that arrived about an hour before check-in time. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Room was terrible. Outlets didn't work, we couldn't even charge our phones. The window unit air condition didn't work. The floor was bare concrete with a large crack in it, water was in the floor. Outdoor area in the back was very messy, This was extremely disappointing and I won't stay there again!

Great location with the Subway being right outside. For the price, one of the best options in Manhattan! A great example of you get what you paid for. No fancy amenities but clean rooms and friendly staff
