En general muy bien, el desayuno básico pero bien. Sin embargo, no hacen limpieza de las habitaciones. En 6 días solo limpiaron dos (2) días a pesar de pedirles que lo hicieran. Solo entraban y si nos iba bien cambiaban las toallas

The First Lady (older one) was friendly. The young person was rude. No good evening at arrival, just ‘passport’ ‘visa’ no thank you. Elevator does not work, as a senior you have to take your own luggage up and down the stairs. I won’t go back. I am pretty sure I find a better hotel and cheaper. As it is expensive.

All in all a very average and tired hotel. Elevator seemingly long-time not functioning and all 1st floor guests have to carry their luggage up and down themselves! No laundry services! Room cleaning only on request and not very good!
