We are located right across Newark Penn Station, where you can easily access busses, taxi, trains and the majors Airports. Don't forget to plan a visit to Prudential Center during your stay ! Great property location.
When you staying at the property in couple weeks back. The apartments has a very good layout. Nice terrace outside . One of the best things it has. It's that it's really close to New Jersey Penn station. I'm going to meet it really easy for us to enjoy our time in New York City .

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed the apt. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room. We stayed for 5 days and didn't have any issues. The ac/heat worked great, there was plenty of hot water and it was very comfy. The closeness to NJ Penn made travel to NYC so easy. Having three restaurants right there helped with grabbing a quick meal as well. I would highly recommend. The only suggestion I think I would have is ice in the freezer.

Great Location!
We were visiting with my family and were 6 of us. The house was very comfortable and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is stocked with lot of dishes, utensils and basic pantry staples. Chocolates, popcorn and chips were a cute surprise. The location is very convenient and couple of mins walk to the Penn station. There are restaurants and groceries around which was great. The hosts were very approachable and replied quickly to all my questions. Only concern was the apartment was 2 stories up. We faced issue while moving our luggage which was on the first and last day, so not a showstopper. We will definitely come back here!

Great location!
This property was perfect for our visit to NYC. Being steps away from Newark Penn Station made our commuting into the city each day very easy. The restaurants downstairs were convenient and delicious. The 24 hour paid parking lot at the end of the building was a perfect place to leave our car. While the street corner near the train station was kind of sketchy with all the people hanging around, there was always police presence and we never felt unsafe. The unit was up two flights of stairs, so just a warning if anyone has health issues that would make getting up stairs difficult. The unit itself was super cute and perfect for our needs. It was clean, the beds were relatively comfy, the temperature in the unit was able to be kept at a comfortable level, and the shower had hot water and plenty of water pressure. The kitchen appeared to be stocked well, but for our short trip we ate out every meal and didn’t fully utilize the kitchen. We enjoyed the popcorn and chocolate kisses that were left for us. There’s also a 7-11 at the corner which made it convenient to pick up a few items we needed for our stay. Overall, a really great experience!

Wonderful hosts! Great neighborhood, convenient to transport!
The best stay in Newark! Apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. It being July, we had a small issue with the A/C but hosts sent someone straight away after hours and checked in frequently after all was fixed. So many things to do & see, great restaurants & shops within walking distance. Most convenient to Penn Station trains to NYC. We will be back to stay again & see our Jersey friends that live close by!

Two Story Walk Up
We only discovered upon getting check-in instructions that the apartment was a two-story walk up. We are 4 seniors (two couples, both men over 70 with heart issues) carrying luggage from a 30-day overseas trip. There was no way we could walk up twio flights with this luggage. And, as I said, we were unaware this was a two-story walk up until we received the check=in instructions a week before (while we were traveling in Europe.

Met our needs for our visit to Newark
This apartment is lovely, clean, nicely decorated. Beds are comfy. Kitchen had what we needed for our stay. Shower had plenty of hot water, but not so great water pressure. We stayed in Newark to attend an event at Prudential Center, and we liked that it was an easy walk to/from the venue. We found parking on the same block using spot hero, and that worked perfectly. The neighborhood has plenty of dining options within an easy walk. The morning after our stay, our sons took a short walk to Newark Penn Station and were in Manhattan within a half hour. This location in Newark was just perfect. Noting that the VRBO listing as well as my reservation confirmation stated check in time was 4:00 pm and check out time was 11:00 am. Later I was asked to complete an arrival and departure form for our host — that form advised we had to check out no later than 10:00 am. It also advised of a 3:00 pm check in time. 10:00 is too early to require check out and I would have preferred to know that from the start. Not a deal breaker but most guests don’t like changes to the published house rules after reserving and making payment. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Absolutely loved and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very cozy apartment. We fell in love with it after our first day. After a full day of traveling, walking, stressing, Ubers, Subways, buses and did I mention walking.... we were very pleased to realize all we had to do was walk across the street and we were at our destination, and there was a 7-11 at the corner so we didnt have to go far to grab our kids snacks. The fact that all we had to do was walk across the street, go up a set of stairs and wait for the next train into New York really sealed the deal for me. The beds were luxurious, so, so, so comfy. My kids laid on them and fell right to sleep, even my husband didnt snore as loud LOL. The pullout couch was also comfy, surprisingly. The bedding was just as comfy, nice and warm and fluffy, perfecta after a long day walking in the cold and a nice hot shower. There was enough of everything in the kitched for our family of 6 and plenty of towels and extra bedding. surprisingly spacious. The host was magnificent, even allowed one extra hour at a late notice, that really set her over the top. That was very gracious of her considering my request came just the day before checkout, not having to rush my kids out as early really helped with their moods later on in the day. Overall, I highly recommend this property and the host. Oh and there are great dining options just downstairs, must try. and must stay here on your next trip to NYC or New Jersey. you will not be disappoint

Great lovation
Super clean and cute VRBO located a block away from Newark Penn Station. Beds were super comfy as well! Fun little bar right next door for those evenings that you just want to stay in. Lots of different options of transportation into NYC, you just need to spend the time figuring all of that out ahead of time. My advice, take the PATH train to the World Trade Center, then hop on a subway to wherever you want to go in NYC. Have fun!!!

Spring Break Weekend
Great place to stay!!! Very clean and welcoming.. The bottle of wine and chocolate kisses made you feel like you were in a home away from home. Traveled with a 4 year old and something as simple as coloring books and crayons added that special touch to our family getaway. It was nice to be able to cook and not have to eat with paper plates and plastic utensils. Around the corner is a charming Spanish community with shops and places to eat that reminds me of The upper East Side in NYC. Penn Station is just down the street and a convenient way to get to NYC. We always seemed to just miss the train every time so I recommend you download the path train app..

Location - perfect for train to Manhattan
We had a large group, with teens and adults. The accommodations were perfect for us, and with the train station located across the street - our access to all that NYC has to offer was only minutes away. The apt was tidy and as advertised. This is my first experience with VRBO, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The host was very responsive, and took care of our concerns (broken couch) immediately - delivering a new couch for us next day. We will be back!

DIRTY PLACE - NO COMMUNICATION FROM OWNER
I SENT THE OWNER SEVERAL MESSAGES PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL INQUIRING ABOUT SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS, AND BEDDING. BUT, NOT ONE RESPONSE. I GAVE IT A FEW DAYS AND ASKED AGAIN A DAY BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL. WE GET TO THE LOCATION AT MIDNIGHT. THERE'S A PILE OF DIRTY TOWELS AND SHEETS ON THE FLOOR. THERE WERE NO CLEAN SHEETS FOR NONE OF THE BEDS, 4 BLANKETS FOR 10, AND 2 BIG TOWELS FOR 10 PEOPLE. THE RESTROOM WAS DIRTY! I CALLED VRBO, AND THEY STATED THEY WOULD MAKE CONTACT, IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS SINCE WE CHECKED OUT. WE REQUESTED A REFUND, OR BARE MINIMUM HALF OF WHAT WAS PAID, WITH THE CLEANING FEE INCLUDED. SILENCE, AND NO RESPONSE!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. PARKING YOU HAVE TO PAY, AND LEAVE THE KEYS WITH ATTENDANT. YOU HAVE A BUSINEESS YOU GET PAID FOR IT, IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT THE OPTION OF REFUND, YOU SHOULD INSURE IT'S CLEAN, THAT YOUR GUEST HAVE SHEETS, AND BLANKETS, AND CLEAN TOWELS!!! UGH

This was my first airb&b experience and it was excellent! The apartment was very clean and updated very nicely. As far as the area around it, it’s Newark so that’s to be expected, however the apartments location is excellent, directly across from Newark Penn station and a 24hr access paid parking lot.
