The staff also could have been more friendly, however they did let us check in early which was nice. The rooms were clean and its walking distance to the station leading to NY. "

"I’ve never stayed at this chain of hotels before and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Me, my sister, and a close friend of mine were in the area visiting NYC for Christmas. The staff was helpful in telling us the best way to navigate our travel from the airport into the city. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport which helped us SO MUCH! Also, our room had a GREAT shower! Most hotel showers, I feel, are short and have less than satisfactory water pressure. But this hotel had a tall shower head and the water pressure was AMAZING! And the water stayed warm… never seemed to run out! Our room was clean and comfortable! The beds were EXCELLENT! Housekeeping was attentive and had the room restocked and cleaned by the time we got back in the evenings. Breakfast was pretty good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing! I highly recommend booking a stay here if you’re in the area. "
