I arrived at the property really early, and the ladies at the front were so accommodating. They facilitated an early check-in and provided great information on how to get to and from the hospital back to the hotel. They also shared all of the hotel rules and amenity options. I felt a sense of warmth from Phylis and the other lady (I don't remember her name). Phylis even remembered and checked in with me about the family member I visited at the hospital. She even cared enough to ensure I had snacks for my long journey. My room was fantastic, and a plus was that even though I was close to the elevator, I couldn't tell as the space was quiet. I will stay here again. Thank you Team!

Overall the stay was great.Clean modern great staff. However being that it is pet friendly there should be designated rooms to accommodate this. As some people are allergic to dogs and sometimes any amount of cleaning cannot get rid of smell. Also saw a guest getting his breakfast and holding a dog in the other hand. This is unsanitary had I not already gotten my food I would not have eaten anything after seeing this.

I did not like the room cleaning scheduled for only weekend. Staff service is not much satisfactory. Staff members at reception should be pleasant for conversation. Far way from Subway. Hotel neatly maintained. Breakfast is good.

Convenient hotel & as usual Hilton delivers! Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Only thing we didn’t appreciate is the shuttle not going to Terminal A, but goes to the others.

I checked in very late & the overnight front desk receptionist was just rude, arrogant, & very nonchalant as if he didn’t want to help me when I asked him simple questions. The male staff was more interested in his phone, when I asked questions the remark was very sarcastic. I was put in a double queen after I booked a king. The room had a very weird stench. When I asked the staff if it was possible to change the room, his answers were just smart & rude.
