"Although located on the south side of the harbour, the views of Signal Hill and the boat traffic make it worth the short drive to get to downtown St. John’s. The house has been beautifully renovated and is very well equipped and comfortable. "

"This property was perfect for us, 2 grandparents and one 10 year old grandchild. Very comfortable bed and pullout in living room suited our grandson a d was esy to fold away during the day. We could walk to most places we wanted to be i. St. John's and there was never any problem getting a parking spot on the street just outside the house. Be sure to display the visitors parking pass waiti g for you on the mantle. We brought it in too soon while packi g up and got a parking ticket! This...

"We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

"This is a very spacious home with beautiful decor, local furniture and artwork. It was a special place to stay. Location is wonderful for walking and exploring the island. Host was always available. Highly recommend . "
