A short walk to the Newport Beach pier and its many restaurants and shopping. Includes 2 car garage parking, inside stack washer-dryer, and dishwasher. This unit has AC but only in the primary bedroom.
**This is a split level unit with the primary bedroom located upstairs while the rest of the unit is ground level. There is spiral staircase accessed through the primary bedroom sliding door that leads to the rear roof top deck.**
**There is currently construction on the property across the street from this building which is a potential for noise Monday through Friday.**

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem shared garage parking.
Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!
Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.
You may want to bring: Charcoal, laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.
