"Very well maintained grounds and rooms, hotel! First time staying at an Ayres property and the rooms are very clean, neat and maintained. The lobby is beautiful and convenient parking. More importantly, the beds, linens and pillows are super comfortable. I will book again ps: checking in was easy!"

"The room was nice and clean other than the little bit of sticky substance on the nightstand that would not come off. You also do have to pay to park at the hotel which is very strange to me since you’re already paying to stay there. Also, check the expiration on the food in the lobby before purchasing. Got a few things one night and 3/4 of them were expired by a bit. The front desk lady (forgot her name) but she was very nice, welcoming and informative. "

"The room was awesome! It was like a big two room apartment with kitchenette. The only issue was I didn't receive my 6am wake up call I scheduled for my final night. I woke up at 545am on my own so not a problem but wanted you to know."

"I loved how I was able to cook full meals due to the well equipped kitchen! The microwave is also a convection oven!! So you can bake too!! I loved the view of the ocean! "I have stayed at this property many times and it's a great experience every time. This occasion was no exception; check-in was fast and friendly. The room was clean, as were the common areas. Parking was well-lit and easy to park. The bed could have been more comfortable this time, but it doesn't discourage me from visiting again. See you soon. "

"A hotel at an excellent location. Services are good. Since the harbor view room I booked was not ready on time, they waved my two days parking fee. Nice furniture and comfortable bed but no microwave. Unfortunately the bathroom is very dated. Plenty restaurants around harbor area within walking distance. A nice staying experience."
