3 Bedroom 3 Bath w/ Roof Top Deck in the Heart of Newport

We own and operate several properties on Aquidneck Island that offer nightly, weekly & monthly rentals.

Thames Street is 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo located in the heart of downtown Newport. This a second & third floor property, directly above retail shops. Each bedroom has a king size bed each with an adjacent bathroom. The property sleeps six people in total. There is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. With one bedroom, one bathroom, a cozy eat in kitchen and living room on the third floor. You can access the roof top deck (seasonal) from the third floor. AC window units are installed in the high summer season. One parking spot provided on property.

Please note that this is a LEGAL Newport rental property. We highly recommend booking only legal rentals otherwise you risk the chance of eviction by the city along with possible fines.

Please note we have a two night minimum and prefer to rent Friday & Saturday nights together. If you are looking for a Thursday & Friday OR Saturday & Sunday please message us for accurate pricing. Holiday weekends have a three night minimum. If you are looking to stay longer over a holiday weekend and are having trouble booking please message us. Also, if you have questions regarding pricing we only negotiate summer pricing within a 4 weeks of the stay. Feel free to reach out regarding off season pricing or long term stays. Lastly, if you are looking for an early check in or a late check out we will be unable to guarantee this until the week of your reservation as it depends on other guests checking in or out.

You will be contacted within 24 hours of your arrival by VRBO with check in instructions. Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10am.

Six 60-ish year old women on a girls weekend enjoyed Cinco de Maio/Kentucky Derby/Policemen's Parade weekend at this fantastic accommodation. Fully stocked kitchen, 3 full baths and great location walking distance to everything! Only bummer was that TV did not work, but hosts did try to help us remotely.

We had a great stay at this house. It is right downtown and we were able to walk to everything. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. We got lucky with the weather and watched the sunset from the roof deck which was amazing. Highly recommend this house for a Newport getaway!

Great stay!
We were in Newport this weekend for my brother’s wedding. This was a perfect place for us to stay! The beds were huge and comfy. There was tons of space for my daughters to run and crawl around and it was so nice to have the roof top deck. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a big group or family :)

The property was as described with a convenient central location. It was well laid out for a group. The kitchen was well-stocked. As it is right on the Main Street it was a little noisy in the morning but to be expected. The host was responsive and accommodating. My one critique is that the roof top deck needs a refresh-the deck paint and seat cushions are very worn. It was a lovely place to hang out.

Our family of six adults stayed here for a long weekend and had a great trip! The location cannot be beat- it was extremely walkable in the heart of downtown Newport. The bedrooms were all spacious with very comfortable king beds and private bathrooms. The common area was large and a great place for all of us to gather. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming, Clean, and Comfortable
The condo is lovely and spacious but the rooftop sitting area is the icing on the cake. Our group enjoyed morning coffee and sunset views. The furnishings are comfortable and the location is within easy walking distance to the Cliff Walk as well as all that the Thames St area has to offer.
