Cottage - adorable, intimate 1-bedroom. Cottage has been freshly painted (January 2023). Cottage does not have running water. Bathroom, and shower are across the driveway (10 steps). A composting toilet is installed to eliminate the bathroom walks at night. Private deck looks upon immaculate lawn. Walking distance to Reject's Beach, Mansions, Cliff Walk and Ocean Drive. Off-street parking directly in front of the Cottage.
