Beverly Beach Overlook - Oregon Beach Vacations

Beverly Beach Overlook is a three-level home that sits high on a bluff overlooking Beverly Beach. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of some whales or a cruise ship. This vacation home is located at the very north end of Newport, near the Beverly Beach State Park exit. This vacation home has three bedrooms: two king beds, and one with two twin beds; three bathrooms, one with a shower, and two tub-shower combos. This luxurious vacation rental has room for six guests and up to two dogs. The main living space includes the living room, kitchen, and dining room and is located above the garage. There is a large ocean-view bedroom on this main level with a king bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances for the perfect family gathering or holiday dinner. Upstairs, you will find the primary room with a 180-degree ocean view and an adorable bedroom with a twin bed. There are blackout curtains in all of the bedrooms in case you want to sleep in while at your home away from home. This vacation rental has sweeping ocean views from every room in the home, a recreation room for the kids and the kids at heart, and an enclosed deck for everyone to hang out on and enjoy some fresh air. Each bedroom contains a flat screen TV, plus additional TVs in the living room, recreation room, and loft. This home offers Wi-Fi, an iPod docking station, CD players, radio, a DVD collection, games, books, and very comfortable furnishings. The loft is a cozy TV viewing space with two recliners and a sofa sleeper. The recreation room is on the lower level of the home. Beach access is a short five to seven minute walk down to Beverly Beach State Park and is accessible under Hwy 101, so there are no worries about having to cross the busy roadway with children. Great Stay

Beautiful view. Not enough time to take full advantage of the great game room. Stocked perfectly for everything we needed. Loved the layout, everyone enjoyed their own privacy. Highly recommend a stay here

Great Home with an amazing Vista

Enjoying retirement

We came to the ocean for storms and we were not disappointed. The views from this house were incredible. Almost every room had a view. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants serenity.

This house was perfect for our group, Very well appointed for cooking, Having the game room downstairs was a lot of fun. The movie collection was a nice bonus and jigsaw puzzles and games made for great entertainment during the usual spring weather in Oregon. We enjoyed the spectacular view of the ocean everyday. The house is very quiet from one floor to the next, so multiple guests on two levels works nicely without hearing each other while sleeping. Loved the close proximity of Newport. Also nice to enjoy the beach within walking distance. Overall wonderful place to stay, would definitely book it again.

Absolutely wonderful!

We have rented houses on the Oregon Coast for over 20 years now and this was one of the very best. We have never had a better view and the house itself was lovely. Tons of space, beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed for cooking and relaxation. It really helped to have warm, sunny days while we were there. The location was perfect as well. Close to Newport, Depot Bay and Lincoln City but it felt like we were worlds away from the hustle of the larger beach cities. The only thing I would consider if you are thinking of renting this house is if there are any mobility issues with your group. There are a lot of stairs. We were fine but our older dogs couldn’t use the stairs and had to stay in the lower level. We often have our parents along with us and I know my father would not do well on the stairs.

Master bed awful, jetted tub doesn't work, ocen views amazing, house beautiful, beach right there

The master bed is so awful that I woke with debilitating back pain that incapacitated me for 2 days. I slept on a twin bed the rest of the time which was decent. I would love to come back to this home if the bed is replaced. The jetted tub DOESN'T work. Please change the listing. Otherwise, the ocean views and the house are beautiful. The ocean lulls one to sleep. Blackout blinds work great. The walk to Beverly Beach is 5-10 mins and is gorgeous. Location can't be beat! I beg of you to update your mattress. If so, I would come back in a jiffy.

House itself was great with a fully stocked kitchen and was very clean. My issue (and why I gave it 3/5 stars) is with the deception of it being beachfront property. It is absolutely NOT. Property pictures were taken at just the right angles to where you can’t see the entire HIGHWAY that is in between the house and the beach. You need to walk a solid 15-20 mins and cross two main roads to get to the beach. Not a great walk if you have small children or anyone with mobility issues. We were willing to pay the steep nightly rate for the beachfront reason, and that’s the one thing I didn’t get. Had the property description/pictures accurately depicted the distance to the beach and the price reflected that, it would have been perfect. Unfortunately, I feel like I got duped, and for the price we paid we could have *actually* gotten a house closer to the beach.

The views and sounds of the ocean are wonderful. Because this is high up on a cliff we had no issue with HWY 101 beneath us. We did opt to take a short less than 5 minute car ride to Beverly Beach instead of walk. There is some altitude change (and rain) that we felt were best suited to driving. We love the beach in the Fall and Winter and boy it did not disappoint. Strong winds and rain left us without internet for a few days but the management company was quick to respond...even sending someone to the house. We all know that is a possibility during this time of year but we were prepared with so many board games and puzzles! During our stay we were able to enjoy our favorite places such as Local Ocean for great drinks and seafood, walking the beautiful harbor and checking out South Beach. I would recommend this property to others and hope to return as well.

Lots of stairs!!! Gorgeous views

Beautiful property, pool table was a nice touch, TV was awesome, Spectrum internet was buffering during programs, happens, running up and down stairs to take doggies out was quite a workout, we’re retired lol, but found new muscles!! Main floor mattress was not comfortable, moved to 3rd floor and that was perfect! Put a puzzle together, haven’t done one in years, fun!! Drove to Beverly Beach a couple times and went to Nye beach. Has Abby deliver a pizza on first night, it was delicious, driver was pleasant. Cooked clam spaghetti and regular spaghetti, cooked omelettes drank good wine, kitchen was set up nicely, I would fire cabinet installer’s!! As a retired electrician I notice stuff, lol.
