Pool and Valley View is one of a select group of seaside apartments overlooking Mawgan Porth, on the outskirts of Newquay. This apartment offers the best of both worlds with a communal swimming pool shared only with only the other apartments (available May-September). Located in Mawgan Porth explore the nearby beaches, coastal paths, local eateries and independent shops.

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and one towel per person provided (please bring your own beach and pool towels).
Accessibility: First floor apartment- steps up; Wheelchair users will find this very difficult to access.
Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer,  washing/dryer, microwave, sandwich toaster, NutriBullet, slow cooker. Dining table and chairs. 
Facilities for families: High chair and travel cot provided.
Outside: Patio, shared lawn, shared swimming pool (May - September inc.), tennis courts.
Pets: Not allowed.
Parking: Parking for one car, in designated parking spot.
Nearest beach: 0.1 miles.
Nearest amenities: 0.1 miles.
Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
General: Free WiFi provided. Electric heating throughout.
